Use of this Site Signifies your Agreement to the Terms of Use. By using this site, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site.
The following legal restrictions and terms of use apply to TeachingSeasons.com, the phrase and its content “A teaching moment for every season,” and any other site owned and/or operated by or on behalf of TeachingSeasons.com, or any of its subsidiaries, that states that it is governed by these Terms of Use and/or links to these Terms of Use (the sites and entities collectively referred to herein as “TeachingSeasons.com” and “TeachingSeasons” and/or “we” respectively).
No “frame” around the TeachingSeasons.com or copy of logo. Written requests must be submitted via the Contact Form. Written requests do not constitute a guarantee to print, copy, or digitalized in any format contents or commercial use (or possible use of) .

This Site and all materials that are included in or are otherwise a part of the Site, including, without limitation, graphics, layout, text, images, audio, videos, and the trademarks, logos, domain names, trade names, service marks and all copyrightable material (collectively, the “Materials”) are owned, controlled or licensed by Teaching Seasons.com, its subsidiaries or affiliates are protected from unauthorized use, copying and distribution by copyright, trademark, patent, publicity and other laws, rules, regulations and international treaties.

You hereby grant Teaching Seasons.com and its agents and licensees a worldwide, royalty- free, fully paid, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, including without limitation the right to copy, publish, perform, display, and distribute and/or adapt, any material you upload to, distribute through or post on TeachingSeasons.com, including without limitation via message boards, blogs (and/or chat rooms) or any other features on TeachingSeasons.com, in whole or in part, alone or in combination with other material, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised.
TEACHING MOMENT(S);
You must be at least 18 years old. Any references to a child’s name should be on a “first name” basis. If the child’s name is unique or identifiable, please use a pseudonym and indicate it in parenthesis as such. Do not disclose personal information, phone numbers, school and/or school district, etc.
If you would like to submit a “teaching moment” in which you refer to a past event when you were a child, the same terms apply above.
Any reference to a “teaching moment(s)” should be of a positive experience, factual, appropriate, and in good faith.

By using this site, you signify your consent to the terms of use, privacy policy, and/or its applications. By submitting your “teaching moment,” you are agreeing that it is factual and that your “teaching moment” may be published (and/or if published) without compensation.
USER CONDUCT
User content (which includes your teaching moment) must be yours. All user content must be original with you, not copied, and you must have all rights in the User Content; OR, all persons who contributed in any way or have any rights to your User Content have given you permission to post the User Content on the Site.
Do not upload, post or distribute other people’s content. Your User Content should not contain any logos, phrases, music, or trademarks or other people’s materials.
User content should not contain rude and/or inappropriate language, inappropriate interpretation or examples. Derogatory, harmful, or unlawful conduct is not permitted on TeachingSeasons.com. Users are not permitted to upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish through TeachingSeasons.com any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights or any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Unauthorized commercial messages and/or public announcements are not allowed on TeachingSeasons.com. Unauthorized collection and/or use of email addresses via TeachingSeasons.com is also not allowed.
Please be aware that generally, information you post on, upload to or distribute through a message board, chat room, blog/news or similar feature will be accessible by other uses of TeachingSeasons.com. Please be sure that any such information is information that you are comfortable sharing with the public.
Users are solely responsible for the content of their messages (and/or teaching moment). TeachingSeasons.com is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any information posted, uploaded, or transmitted by users of TeachingSeasons.com. You acknowledge that TeachingSeasons.com may or may not pre-screen and/or monitor content posted on TeachingSeasons.com, and that TeachingSeasons.com shall have the right to remove, edit, move or close, in whole or in part, any thread or posting in comment(s) and/or similar feature on TeachingSeasons.com at any time for any reason, in TeachingSeasons.com sole’s discretion.
